Roy Zimmerman writes "funny songs about ignorance, war and greed" according to his website bio,   Roy has been bringing his politcal satire to people across America for over 20 years.  Roy’s songs are often played on progressive radio by Stephanie Miller, Bill Press, Randi Rhodes, Thom Hartmann, and others. His Songs of the Week are spun regularly by folk music DJ’s across the country and he’s a frequent guest on Sirius Radio’s syndicated show “West Coast Live.”

The concert is at the Lower Lake School House Museum in the Weaver Auditorium.  It is located at 16435 Main Street in Lower Lake. It is an intimate venue with only 100 seats available.  So don't delaly, they will go fast.  Tickets are available at Catfish Coffee in Clearlake, Watershed Books in Lakeport, and at the KPFZ office in Lakeport.  Call KPFZ at 707/263-3640 to pick up your tickets there.  Tickets are $25.  KPFZ members get a $3 discount per ticket when they show their membership card.

Opening for Roy is Without A Net (unplugged).  The emcee for the evening is KPFZ's own Herb Gura.
